As a Reiki Level 3 healer, fitness coach, sports trainer, and yoga instructor, I combine holistic and scientific approaches to help women achieve their goals.
With over 2,500 hours of training and 17 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga as well as Ayurvedic nutrition—bridging ancient wisdom with modern fitness.
Having teaching experience with more than 10,000 hours in both group and private settings, I have helped countless women reclaim their bodies and rediscover their strength.
Beyond that, I am an active student at an ashram in India, studying under the guidance of Guru Dr. ALV Kumar. I also serve as a volunteer mentor, supporting yoga teachers worldwide.
